My mom is my biggest fan and I can always count on her to encourage me to go farther and do more. When I started getting into cooking and baking it was because of the Great British Baking Show. (If you haven’t checked it out it is on Netflix and a solid 10/10 in my opinion). So for Christmas of 2020 my mom got me Le Cordon Bleu’s Pastry School Cookbook. Thanks to this kind gesture, you are blessed with the opportunity of watching me cook through all 100 recipes and (hopefully) learn pastry through the best!
